It satisfies the Aesthetics need by displaying a colorful banner on a tall pole, adding visual flair and a sense of civic pride to the district where it is placed. The Pole Banner's vertical design makes it a distinctive landmark that stands out above surrounding buildings, marking important locations or district boundaries with visible, eye-catching decoration.

At 700 Science Points, the Pole Banner is a mid-to-late-game decoration that represents a meaningful investment. It provides a stronger Aesthetics boost than basic decorations like Benches and Shrubs, making it suitable for districts that have already exhausted cheaper options and need additional Aesthetics coverage.
