Building
Statue

The Statue is a decorative building available to both factions, requiring 500 Science Points to unlock. It satisfies the Aesthetics need for all beavers within its range, serving as a prominent visual landmark that adds dignity and beauty to any district. The Statue depicts a beaver in a proud, heroic pose, celebrating the achievements of beaver civilization and inspiring residents who pass by it. As a common building, it is one of the few decorative options shared between the Folktails and Iron Teeth.
The Statue provides a strong Aesthetics boost with a generous range, making it one of the more impactful standard decorations available. Its 500 SP unlock cost is reasonable for the mid-game, and its construction requires moderate resources. Placing Statues at prominent intersections, in the center of town squares, or at the entrance to districts maximizes their visual impact and ensures broad coverage of the Aesthetics need. Multiple Statues can be distributed across a colony to maintain consistent decoration levels throughout.
The Statue occupies a middle ground between simple decorations (Shrubs, Benches) and expensive monuments (Farmer Monument, Laborer Monument). It provides meaningful Aesthetics satisfaction without the massive resource investment of faction-specific monuments. The Statue works well alongside Benches, Shrubs, and faction-specific decorations to create well-rounded public spaces. For both Folktails and Iron Teeth players, the Statue is a reliable, widely available decoration that should be part of every well-designed district's aesthetics plan.
