When the Coffee need is depleted, Iron Teeth beavers will prioritize seeking it out before engaging in other recreational activities. Consuming Coffee restores approximately 40 Nutrition points and provides a +3 Well-Being bonus, making it one of the most impactful single consumables in the game for boosting beaver happiness and productivity.

Coffee is produced at the Coffee Brewery, which combines Coffee Beans, Logs, and Water to brew the finished product. Coffee Beans are grown on Coffee Bushes, which must be planted by a Forester and harvested by a Gatherer Flag. The production chain is relatively straightforward but requires planning: Coffee Bushes need suitable growing conditions, and the Coffee Brewery needs a steady supply of all three ingredients. A single Coffee Brewery produces enough Coffee to serve hundreds of Iron Teeth beavers, so the bottleneck is usually Coffee Bean production rather than brewing capacity. Expanding Coffee Bush plantations is the key to scaling this production chain.
