Each production cycle uses 1 Coffee Bean, 1 Water, and 0.1 Logs as fuel to produce 4 units of Coffee. With internal storage for 15 Coffee Beans, 15 Water, 5 fuel Logs, and 60 finished Coffee, the Brewery can build up substantial reserves when kept supplied.

Coffee Beans are gathered by workers assigned to a Gatherer Flag from Coffee Bushes, which are exclusive to the Iron Teeth faction and can be planted by a Forester. Since Coffee Bushes produce just 1 bean per harvest at approximately 0.333 resources per day, you need a sizable grove of Coffee Bushes to maintain a steady supply. The good news is that a single Coffee Brewery is remarkably efficient: the wiki notes that one brewery produces enough Coffee for hundreds of Iron Teeth beavers. The Coffee Brewery requires significant prerequisites to construct and operate.
